About Shiv Foods Inc.

We are a dynamic food service company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Analysis and Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Collaborate with our culinary team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget and business objectives.
  • Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.

Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Work Details:
