Business Development Coach

About the Role:
The Business Development Partner will play a key role in onboarding, developing, and coaching a team of Advisors to achieve financial and strategic objectives. This includes leading training and development programs, working with Advisors to meet sales growth and client engagement targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and Sun Life obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance Advisor skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with Advisors to set and achieve sales growth and client engagement targets.
- Ensure Advisors are properly trained, licensed, and registered to meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Advisors to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational effectiveness.
- Strong sales management and business development skills are essential for this role.
- Previous experience in an Advisor role, with a proven track record of developing successful Advisors, is highly valued.
- A strong working knowledge of the regulatory environment and a valid Life Insurance Agent's license are also required.
