Administrative Coordinator

OPUS Mechanical Services LTD is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Office Management
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Communication
- Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other documents as required.
- Problem-Solving
- Identify and resolve administrative issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve administrative processes and procedures.
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
