About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team at EPCOR. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying needs to contract execution and supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure optimal results against Supply Chain Management performance metrics.
  • Lead the procurement process, including competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  • Manage all aspects of procurement, including contract administration, vendor management, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.

Requirements

  • Two-year post-secondary diploma or four-year post-secondary degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in category-based buying and negotiating contracts or directly related experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of public procurement processes, competitive bidding laws, and contract law.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle or similar ERP software.
