Contract Implementation Specialist

At NorQuest College, we're seeking a skilled Contract Implementation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Office of the Registrar, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the configuration and maintenance of our PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and other applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Manager, Office of the Registrar Systems, to implement changes and improvements to business processes.
- Provide expert advice on the functions of PeopleSoft and work collaboratively to create documents for new processes or revise and maintain software training manuals.
- Determine and test regulatory and system legislative requirement changes to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare testing strategies for various types of user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Proactively apply analytical and research skills to monitor trends and elevate issues due to data variances.
- Take ownership of and ensure the integrity of data through regular audits and troubleshooting irregularities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Computer Technology, etc.).
- Certification in process or business analysis, project management, or related field is preferred.
- ~3+ years of experience in a process, business, or functional analyst role or performing duties related to this position in a technical registrarial capacity.
- Proficient working knowledge of PSQuery, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, XML, SQL, web page development tools, and Adobe products.
