Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and other applications used in the Office of the Registrar
  • Develop and implement business processes to support the configuration and maintenance of these applications
  • Provide expert advice on the functions of PeopleSoft and collaborate with the Manager to implement changes and improvements to workflow
  • Determine and test regulatory and system legislative requirement changes to achieve business objectives
  • Prepare testing strategies for various types of user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Proactively apply analytical and research skills to monitor trends and elevate issues due to data variances
  • Take ownership of and ensure the integrity of data through regular audits and troubleshooting irregularities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Computer Technology, etc.)
  • Certification in process or business analysis, project management, or related field is preferred
  • ~3+ years of experience in a process, business, or functional analyst role or performing duties related to this position in a technical registrarial capacity
  • Proficient working knowledge of PSQuery, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, XML, SQL, web page development tools, and Adobe products
