Business Analyst - Contract Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business owners to implement business processes supported by the eXtend ERP system, with the goal of optimizing the total process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer needs and develop clear plans of action
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate business needs and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain business processes and procedures
  • Provide Tier 3 support and expertise in ERP systems
  • Travel to work sites and work effectively in a distributed team environment
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with knowledge of service, manufacturing, remanufacturing, and/or warranty industries
  • Proficient ERP experience, with hands-on experience in eXtend ERP
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and manage risk
  • Above-average communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to facilitate operational meetings
  • Diploma, certificate, or other post-secondary education in a related field
