Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team at EPCOR Water Services. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying needs to contract execution and supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure optimal results against Supply Chain Management performance metrics.
  • Lead the procurement process, including competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  • Manage all aspects of procurement, including contract administration, vendor management, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
Requirements
  • Two-year post-secondary diploma or four-year post-secondary degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in category-based buying and negotiating contracts or directly related experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in public procurement processes, negotiating commercial terms and conditions, and competitive bidding laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply risk management tools and skills, interpret purchasing policy, processes, and procedures, and effectively negotiate with vendors and 3rd parties.
