We are seeking a world-class Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a TSE, you will work closely with our customers, driving their success through passion and teamwork. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex customer environments, balancing communications needs, and triaging issues.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or written email.
- Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application or compatibility matters.
- Troubleshoot problems with hardware equipment and software applications, recommending corrective action.
- Document customer communication and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of networking industry, products, and protocols.
- Minimum of 1-7 years hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and administering network protocols and technologies.
- Minimum education is a MS in a technical field (CS/EE/ITP preferred). Industry certifications preferred. Prior TAC experience preferred.
- Experience with troubleshooting tools such as IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark (or similar packet generation and analysis tools) is highly desired.
- A strong comfort level with Linux is highly desired.
Arista offers a competitive salary range of CAD 85,000 to 150,000, depending on work location. We also offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, income protection, and a Group Retirement Savings Plan.
