Job Summary

Arista Networks is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex network issues, and collaborating with our engineering and sales teams to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to drive customer success
  • Document customer communication and technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of networking industry, products, and protocols
  • Minimum of 1-7 years hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and administering network protocols and technologies
  • Minimum education is a MS in a technical field (CS/EE/ITP preferred). Industry certifications preferred. Prior TAC experience preferred
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools such as IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark (or similar packet generation and analysis tools) is highly desired
  • A strong comfort level with Linux is highly desired
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting (C++, Java, Python, Perl, JavaScript, shell) a plus
What We Offer

Arista Networks offers a competitive salary range of CAD 85,000 to 150,000, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, income protection, and a Group Retirement Savings Plan. Employees in Sales roles are eligible to participate in Arista's Sales Incentive Plan, which pays commissions calculated as a percentage of eligible sales.
