Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, along with a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
- Completion of registration to sell investment products, as applicable.
- Possession of appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
- Understanding of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
- Familiarity with retail investment and lending products.
- Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
- Proficient in using social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
- Background in consultative customer service or sales, with a focus on delivering personalized experiences.
- Strong commitment to customer assistance.
- Results-oriented with the ability to excel in a consultative sales and team environment.
- Self-motivated with the confidence to engage customers.
- Willingness to collaborate and adapt within a team setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers.

Compensation: $37, $69,500.00
