Sales Territory Executive

Brandt is seeking a dedicated Sales Territory Executive for our Material Handling division. This role will be pivotal in executing and achieving comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for designated territory objectives. The Sales Territory Executive will focus on driving sales of forklifts and other material handling solutions within their assigned region, significantly contributing to the expansion of Brandt's Material Handling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell both new and pre-owned material handling equipment within the specified Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Conduct extensive travel throughout the AOR to effectively engage with all current and prospective clients.
- Actively work on expanding our customer base by:
- Enhancing our market share with existing clients
- Acquiring new clientele
- Identifying and nurturing Key Strategic Customers (both existing and new) and implementing a tailored growth strategy
- Fostering strong relationships
- Stay informed about clients' business developments and evolving requirements.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive customer status reports, including:
- Sales activity logs
- Lists of current and prospective clients
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives for your AOR.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales documentation.
- Manage travel logistics and expenses efficiently.
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
Essential Skills
- Dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and increase sales within a defined territory.
- Familiarity with the Material Handling sector, with prior experience in the field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned area of responsibility (AOR).
- Possession of a valid driver's license (recent driver's abstract required).
- Valid passport and availability for international travel.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a valuable asset.
Required Experience
- Dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented.
