Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at YVR Real Estate Advisors. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, and review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Experience in a real estate or administrative role is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
