Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise the Guest Services team
* Handle guest concerns and react quickly
* Attend regularly scheduled departmental meetings
* Assist in managing the departmental budget and scheduling colleagues
* Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs
* Assist guests regarding hotel facilities
* Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards

Requirements:

* Previous leadership experience in guest services
* Previous Property Management System experience
* Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
* Valid BC Driver's Licence
* Professional presentation
