About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Insulation Supervisor to join our team at Bald Eagle Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that insulation materials are installed correctly and meet industry standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
