Position Overview:
As a Senior Employee Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective employee relations within the organization. This position is remote and requires bilingual proficiency in English and French.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to strengthen the HR team's overall impact.
- Work closely with leadership to anticipate team management dynamics and design proactive strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and other business stakeholders through a consultative approach to assess organizational effectiveness, formulate recommendations, and develop action plans that contribute to employee engagement, performance, retention, and development.
- Maintain expertise in employee relations legislation relevant to the designated business group.
- Analyze employee relations data to identify themes, trends, and root causes, providing insights, training, and recommendations.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management based on employee relations indicators.
- Advocate for the strategy, principles, and pillars of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Promote awareness and understanding of company policies and relevant employment laws through coaching, presentations, and training.
- Assist in the design of employee relations content, projects, and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing employee relations indicators and utilizing data to inform decision-making.
- Team leadership skills, including inspiration and change management.
- Business acumen, including digital literacy, data analysis, and P&L understanding.
- Strong social intelligence.
- The annual base salary ranges from $90,000 CAD, with eligibility for short-term performance-based incentives. Salary will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data alignment.
