Bilingual Distribution Specialist - Sales Team

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the national dealer network for the Motorcycle, ATV, Power Equipment, and Marine sectors. This position focuses on ensuring timely order fulfillment and addressing dealer inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective sales assistance to the Motorcycle-ATV-PE-Marine dealer network.
  • Contribute to achieving wholesale and retail sales targets through daily operational tasks.
  • Manage the daily release of dealership products.
  • Act as a liaison among Dealers, Honda Finance Inc., carriers, and warehouses to ensure prompt order processing.
  • Assist dealers with inquiries regarding unit requests, including distribution timelines.
  • Identify gaps and prepare necessary documentation for countermeasure proposals.
  • Maintain an accurate database of demo units, display models, and damaged inventory.
  • Represent Honda at promotional events such as trade shows and rallies.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the power sports industry (Motorcycle, ATV, Power Equipment, Marine).
  • Proven planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic team environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Embrace a team-oriented management approach and share successes.
