About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Pet Valu. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log and track technical issues in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our support services.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with MS Office and Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
