Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
