Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive support to our dealer network across Canada. The role focuses on ensuring the timely release of orders and products, addressing dealer inquiries, and managing the distribution of units and models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional sales support to the Motorcycle-ATV-PE-Marine dealer network by contributing to the achievement of wholesale and retail sales goals through daily operational tasks.
  • Oversee the daily release of dealership products.
  • Facilitate communication between dealers, Honda Finance Inc., carriers, and warehouses to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
  • Assist dealers with inquiries regarding unit requests, including distribution and expected arrival times.
  • Identify gaps and provide necessary documentation for countermeasure proposals as needed.
  • Maintain an accurate database of demo units, display models, and damaged stock within the Zone MCPE.
  • Represent Honda at promotional events such as trade shows and rallies.

Qualifications:

  • A post-secondary degree or relevant experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the power sports industry, including motorcycles, ATVs, power equipment, and marine products.
  • Proven planning and organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced team environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to foster collaborative working relationships and a strong focus on results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Appreciation for a team-oriented management approach that emphasizes shared results.
