Job Summary

MaryJane's is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing merchandise and services decisions.
  • Determine product offerings and services to meet customer needs, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education and 1-2 years of retail experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
