Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Managers in overseeing the day-to-day operation of our retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly when the Store Manager is not on shift.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support Store Managers in managing store operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience and ensure seamless store operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Provide on-site training and coaching to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving sales and customer service.
- Proven track record of supervising and developing teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
