**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate closely with our Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Set a positive example for our store team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Assist with on-site training and development of junior team members.
About the Person
We are looking for a highly organized and effective leader who is able to think on their feet and make good decisions that support the continued growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years of strong experience in customer-facing roles involving sales.
- Experience supervising other workers and delivering on-site training to junior members of a team.
- Ability to demonstrate the skill of building meaningful and long-term relationships with customers.
- Collaborative and consultative team-work and leadership style.
