Key Responsibilities:- Assess and execute customer communication strategies and initiatives
- Promote events, workshops, and meetings aimed at information dissemination and fundraising
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Oversee billing processes, including refunds and credits
- Clarify service offerings, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records
- Procure office supplies, process payments, and document customer complaints
- Convey procedures, potential risks, and benefits to clients
