Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Experience Specialist to join our team at Canada Life. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and support to our clients and advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service and Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients and advisors, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Communication and Documentation: Communicate effectively with clients and advisors through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to advisors and other team members, including scheduling appointments, coordinating events, and performing other tasks as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the client experience and support the growth of our business.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role in a financial services or insurance firm. A post-secondary diploma or degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and advisors. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Knowledge and Certifications: Knowledge of financial services and insurance products, as well as relevant certifications such as MFDA or IIROC licensing.
