Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and high-value clients
  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and prospecting
  • Represent Acera Insurance at events and meetings, such as golf events and hole sponsorships
  • Consistently meet quarterly targets and gross/net sales
  • Be a leader and solution provider to clients
  • Work to diversify and increase commercial insurance and high-value clients
  • Build and maintain a pipeline
  • Available to travel as needed
  • Event planning – plan and oversee events, such as guest speakers and fun events
  • Track and deliver reports on CRM

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of related experience in a sales role
  • Insurance knowledge or strong business background is considered an asset
  • Event planning experience is considered an asset
