Position Overview

As a Food Service Operations Manager at STIS Investments Limited, you will oversee the daily functions of our food service establishment, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Work Environment

This role is situated in a fast-paced food service setting where you will be expected to manage various aspects of the operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance daily operational procedures
  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance
  • Organize and plan daily operational activities
  • Recruit and train new staff members
  • Establish work schedules for team members
  • Oversee staff training in job responsibilities and safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including cash reports and balance sheets
  • Manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Develop budgets and cost estimates for the department
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing a team of 5-20 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.

Work Conditions

This position requires the ability to work under pressure and stand for extended periods in a dynamic environment.
