About the Role

The Business Development Manager is a field-based, direct sales role responsible for both client retention and growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide sales strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
