Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that all culinary activities are executed efficiently and meet our high standards of quality.
Education Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Expect a lively atmosphere with noise and distinct aromas.

- Develop strategies to adhere to work schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job roles, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Prepare financial budgets and cost projections.
- Address any customer complaints or issues effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Compile and submit operational reports.
- Supervise the assembly of food trays.
- Oversee the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Supervise a team of 3-10 individuals, including general cooks.
- Personal transportation is required.
- Fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking is necessary.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Strong client focus.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
