Position Overview: As a Culinary Services Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing food service operations within a dynamic restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed to maintain service standards.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational activities.
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Standing for extended periods is required.
  • Physical tasks include bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Experience Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:
