Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Krishna2128 Corporation. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a culinary role
  • Menu Planning: Develop and design menus that meet quality standards and client preferences.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals and specialty dishes for events.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including sous-chefs and cooks.
  • Client Consultation: Work with clients to plan and execute catering for special events.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food meets the company's quality standards.
Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced kitchen environment where you will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The role involves physical demands such as standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.

Employment Details
