About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at SUPER SAUSAGE 2003 LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the high standards of our customers.
  • Chef Supervision: Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional food quality.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety standards and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Staff Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure exceptional service standards are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Supermarket/grocery store environment.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
