About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Workplace Options. As a key member of our service center, you will provide exceptional customer service to employees and their families, assisting them in locating and accessing resources and referrals in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess employee needs through targeted questioning and gather personal information and details about the individual requiring care.
  • Provide clear explanations of issues and needs, and obtain desired geographic locations for referral searches.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service in written and verbal interactions with clients and providers.
  • Conduct research using internal databases, websites, and local organizations to locate confirmed, matched referrals that meet client needs.
  • Perform quality assurance callbacks to clients and contact businesses or private individuals by phone to provide confirmed/matched referrals.
  • Produce grammatically correct and error-free cover letters and referrals, and maintain communication with clients and associated EAPs as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, providing friendly, enthusiastic, and empathetic service.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
  • Outstanding organizational, relationship-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
