About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Wales McLelland Construction. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget
    • Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Task Management and Prioritization
    • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
    • Organize and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient completion
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance
    • Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
  • Problem-Solving and Quality Assurance
    • Identify and resolve project-related problems and issues in a timely and effective manner
    • Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications and standards
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Familiarity with project management software and tools
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
