Seeking Experienced Carpenter
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in the field.
  • Work Environment:
    • Exposure to dust and outdoor conditions.
  • Work Setting:
    • Engagement in construction projects.
    • Work across various locations.
    • Involvement in renovation tasks.
    • Experience in both commercial and residential projects.
  • Expertise Level:
    • Proficient in maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design layouts in accordance with building regulations.
    • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble construction materials.
    • Prepare estimates and quotations for projects.
    • Construct foundations, and install floor beams, walls, and roofs.
    • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, and related hardware.
    • Conduct surveys of building sites and levels.
    • Guide apprentices and oversee other workers.
    • Estimate project costs and required materials.
    • Maintain, repair, and renovate existing structures.
  • Work Conditions:
    • Involves bending, crouching, and kneeling.
    • May require handling a large workload.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong client focus.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
