About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Waseem Khan Personal Real Estate Corporation. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare building layouts and ensure compliance with building codes
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials for construction projects
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, and other fixtures
  • Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites
  • Train and supervise apprentices
  • Maintain and repair buildings and structures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
  • Willingness to travel and relocate
  • Public transportation is available
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals.
