Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at ALL PROPERTY FIX. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in all aspects of carpentry.
Key Responsibilities- Estimation and Planning
Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs for various construction projects.
Carpentry and JoineryMeasure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials to create high-quality carpentry work.
Installation and MaintenanceFit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware to ensure seamless integration with existing structures.
Site Surveying and InspectionConduct thorough site surveys and inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with building codes.
Equipment Maintenance and RepairMaintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial properties, including wooden structures in various settings.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
Work EnvironmentAbility to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy, dusty, and outdoor environments.
Work SettingExperience working in construction, renovation, commercial, institutional, and residential settings.
Equipment and MachineryProficiency in using hand tools and other equipment relevant to carpentry.
Security and SafetyAbility to pass a criminal record check and maintain a safe working environment.
Transportation and TravelOwn transportation and a valid driver's license.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to handle heavy loads, work overtime, and maintain a physically demanding work schedule.
Personal SuitabilityReliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
