We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at ALL PROPERTY FIX. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in all aspects of carpentry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimation and Planning
    • Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs for various construction projects.
    • Develop and implement plans to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Carpentry and Construction
    • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
    • Install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware to ensure a high level of quality and precision.
    • Conduct site surveys and ensure that all construction work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
    • Renovate and restore wooden structures in various settings, including mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants.
  • Supervision and Teamwork
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Equipment and Safety
    • Operate hand tools and other equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Travel to various job sites as required.
    • Ensure reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
    • Perform physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.

    Requirements
    • 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy environments.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
