Position Overview: The Barback position demands a keen eye for detail, physical endurance, and a strong commitment to customer service. The main objective is to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning glassware, utensils, and bar areas
  • Supplying ice and preparing garnishes
  • Stocking the bar and maintaining supplies
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Assisting in upholding high customer satisfaction levels
  • Adhering to all relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to efficiently complete necessary tasks
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 60 lbs
  • Smart Serve certification
  • Clean criminal history certificate
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
