Position Overview

Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and meticulously proofread various forms of correspondence and documents.
  • Handle and direct telephone or electronic inquiries appropriately.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other essential documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail through manual or electronic means.
  • Facilitate the sending and receiving of messages.
  • Prepare invoices and manage bank deposits efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive information to clients and the general public.
  • Photocopy and organize documents for distribution, mailing, and filing purposes.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Conduct research as required.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • File materials systematically in the storage area.
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Organize and schedule office-related tasks effectively.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
