Administrative Support Specialist

- Facilitate the sending and receiving of messages.
- Prepare invoices and manage bank deposits efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive information to clients and the general public.
- Photocopy and organize documents for distribution, mailing, and filing purposes.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Conduct research as required.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- File materials systematically in the storage area.
- Label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
- Organize and schedule office-related tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Employment Duration: Permanent.
