Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Berks Payment Solutions Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Development and Implementation
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
Recruitment and HiringPlan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the hiring process.
Scheduling and CoordinationSchedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
Contract ManagementManage contracts, agreements, and other documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Performance ManagementConduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support employee growth and development.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
