About the Role

GTR Immigration INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Administrative Support: Open and distribute mail, packages, and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train other administrative staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
