Job Summary

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Coordinator to join our team. As a key staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting the centre's operations and helping students achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Centre Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the centre, including working with centre staff, teachers, parents, and students.
  • Student Scheduling: Organize and manage student schedules, staff schedules, and teacher schedules.
  • Assessment Administration: Set up and administer assessments to students.
  • Learning Program Development: Establish and oversee student learning programs, ensuring they align with the Oxford Learning philosophy.
  • Community Liaison: Liaise with local schools, sports teams, and businesses to promote the centre's programs and services.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain regular contact with parents, meeting with them to discuss their child's progress and address any concerns.
  • Centre Philosophy: Ensure that the Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre, creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum university degree, with credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math, and Business preferred.
  • Experience: Work in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies, and experience with billing cycles required.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, including MS Office and online communication apps, as well as strong phone skills and customer service experience.
