Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Coordinator to join our team. As a key staff member, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic success and develop a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inform parents about our Oxford Learning programs and provide guidance on how to support their child's learning journey
  • Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers to ensure a smooth and efficient learning environment
  • Administer assessments and establish student learning programs that cater to individual needs
  • Liaise with community members, including schools, sports teams, and local businesses, to promote our programs and services
  • Maintain open communication with parents and meet with them to discuss their child's progress and provide feedback
  • Ensure that our Oxford Learning philosophy is upheld throughout the centre and create a fun and engaging learning environment
  • Master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching members of the team to ensure consistency and excellence

Requirements:

  • Minimum university degree in a relevant field, such as Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills and additional language(s) spoken are assets
  • Experience working in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies and strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)
  • Strong phone skills and experience in customer service, with sales experience preferred
