We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NKD WAX AND LASER CLINIC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Office Operations
    • Oversee the daily activities of the office, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide Administrative Support
    • Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Manage Communication and Correspondence
    • Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
    • Prepare and send outgoing correspondence, including letters and memos.
  • Maintain Accurate Records and Files
    • Ensure that all records and files are up-to-date and accurately maintained.
    • Develop and implement a filing system to ensure easy access to information.
  • Supervise and Train Staff
    • Supervise and train staff members as required.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Work Environment
