Job Summary

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the academic success of students and contributing to the overall growth and development of our learning centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and services for students
    • Collaborate with centre staff and teachers to ensure program effectiveness and student success
  • Student Support and Services
    • Provide academic support and guidance to students, including individualized learning plans and progress monitoring
    • Assist students with scheduling, assessments, and program setup
  • Communication and Liaison
    • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and centre staff to ensure seamless student support
    • Liaise with community members, schools, and local businesses to promote our programs and services
  • Centre Operations
    • Assist with centre operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and administrative tasks
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Education
    • Minimum university degree in a related field (e.g., education, social sciences, languages, math, business)
  • Experience
    • Previous experience working in an educational environment, preferably with medium to large student bodies
    • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and online communication apps
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
