Regional Vice President, Operations Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President, Operations to lead the execution of operational procedures and strategy for our regional portfolio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to Regional Operations Managers to achieve measurable KPI targets and drive business growth.
- Asset Management: Oversee the performance of facilities within the region, including revenue management, occupancy, and customer service.
- Financial Management: Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and drive profitability.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence and development within the regional team, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure success.
- Community Engagement: Promote Mini Mall Storage within the community through strong relationships and partnerships.
- 5+ years' experience in a regional leadership role managing a geographically diverse operation within storage, retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries.
- Facility management/maintenance experience with an understanding of capital management is required.
- Proven business financials and data analytics proficiency within sales, P&L, and capital management.
- Systems and technology savvy; experience using programs like Yardi, Site Link, and Call Potential are an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, with comfort in all MS office suite products including SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to coach developing leaders and present to an executive audience.
