About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SOTI MDM Deployment Specialist to join our team at MethodHub. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and deployment services for our mobile device management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide hands-on application and hardware support for daily operations, including service, data, and process integrity, configuration, user administration, reporting, and optimization.
  • Deployment Services: Oversee the overnight deployment of APKs to our production environment, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Incident Resolution: Identify and resolve incidents reported by monitoring systems and end-users, analyzing data and collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders to correct issues.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Maintain accurate documentation and provide knowledge transfer for other system support analysts, ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities.
  • Training and Development: Prepare and facilitate training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and cross-training across support teams.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate gaps in process and operational support documentation, implementing plans to address missing information and improve overall efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify and communicate support requirements, developing troubleshooting and repair processes to mitigate risks.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for our key business applications, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an IT support environment.
  • Experience with SOTI MDM is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of network and server/desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of common business analysis practices.
  • Ability to learn new concepts in a short timeframe and share knowledge with other team members.
  • Strong commitment to creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
