About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment Specialist to join our team at Ness Digital Engineering. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support for our retail technology applications, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
  • Infrastructure Management: Ensure the stability and performance of our infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
  • Application Deployment: Oversee the deployment of new applications and updates, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain technical documentation, providing knowledge transfer to other team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of network and server administration, installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SOTI MDM, ServiceNow, Office 365, Teams, and digital signage platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
