Position: MDM Solutions Consultant

We are seeking an experienced MDM Solutions Consultant to join our Master Data Management Server practice. This role involves working on MDM initiatives for our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and architects to implement top-tier MDM solutions.

• Engage in business requirements gathering sessions to comprehend client needs.

• Develop, present, and secure approvals for design documents and unit test scenarios.

• Support Project Managers in planning and executing detailed project tasks.

• Prepare release documentation and assist in the building and deployment of code across servers.

• Create detailed design documents and unit test cases.

• Write high-quality code and conduct unit testing.

• Troubleshoot critical technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software services; experience with Big 4 firms is highly advantageous.

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing MDM solutions utilizing IBM MDM Server.

• 3+ years of experience in a J2EE environment, including familiarity with application servers like WebSphere and Weblogic.

• Proficient in Java and database technologies such as DB2 and Oracle for over 3 years.

• Strong grasp of data modeling and essential SQL skills are required.

• Experience in developing and deploying within a Services Oriented Architecture is necessary.

• Familiarity with RSA or RAD is essential.

• Experience with Unix systems is preferred.

• General knowledge of data quality principles and ETL tools is beneficial.

• Familiarity with messaging software is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
